My computer speed use to show my "actual speed" from modem to modem which was usually around 48 to 50 bps, but something happened to my configuration to now show this high number of 115,200 bps! I read that this high figure is the measurement of speed from with in my CPU to my own modem, and not the speed from my modem to modem. How do i configure it to show my actual connection speed again? I'am sorry that this is off topic, but i can't find out anywhere how to get my configuration back to the way it was before, and i knew i was sure to be able to get some expert help here!
