Support is something that relies heavy on the time the programmers of software can spend. There even are companys that charge your for their support (e.g. Micro$oft). It is not uncommon that ChessBase gets lots of mails a day and that your particular email just got overlooked, without any bad intent. I would advise you to send an email to Matthias Wüllenweber <wuellenweber@chessbase.com> and try to explain the situation to him. You can write in english, of course. I am pretty sure that if Matthias finds the time he will answer your requests in a proper way. Take care! Andreas
