Mike Difficult to say. I doubt it has something to do with the OS used. Maybe you didn't select the exact path to the folder where your tb's are stored. Choosing the C drive isn't enough. My own path is C:\TB\. The Shredder GUI method of installing tablebases is virtually foolproof, ie. browse, select and GUI confirmation. Mogens.
