If you copied all the tablebase files to a single location then you only need to
use Path1. It's a path, not every single file. Why didn't you copy the files
into a specific folder instead of the root? That sounds messy, unless it's empty
of course.

Since I'm having a hard time understanding what you've done, I'll try to explain
a step-by-step installation procedure, which might help you identify the
problem.

1) Create a folder or partition where you want to keep all the tablebase files,
ie. C:\Tablebases.

2) Install the tablebase files and choose the folder C:\Tablebases as target.

3) When the copying has ended access "Path to Tablebases", press the browse
button to the right of the Path1 square, select the C:\Tablebases folder and
press OK.

4) Now the "Path To Tablebases" window reads:

Path1: C:\Tablebases.

5) Press OK and the display should read:

tablebases with X pieces found! [Cache: Y MB + internal Z.ZZ MB].

6) If you use 5 piece tablebases it might be a good idea to increase Cache. That
is done under "Options/Endgame Databases/Cache Size". I think 8Mb should be
okay, but using more doesn't hurt. The display will show that Y now equals 8.

Hope that helps.
