If there are 2 Ghz processors and also 1.5Ghz duals then the 1.5Ghz dual is faster of course. 10 years ago i had a 16/32 bits 386sx processor running 20Mhz. Now it's 2001 and my machine has 800Mhz processors. So 40 times faster clocked, but more like 400 times faster...
