This is of course true. It is daily practice for any professional chessplayer
too (well, maybe a little less for naturals like Karpov in his best time). But
you need to be able to patch things! I tried to make a little Anti-Borg.BK.
I could enter the variations but the problem is it plays h4 now with White too
and I specifically asked it not to do that. Also it doesn't show the scores
entered, I got an "Error opening opening book" and since it doesn't show the
entered scores it also can't select the one with the lowest score as seen from
White. So at the moment this is not working. Maybe I could send my little
creation to Lex?
