1) Well, 6 is the default, but there is starting to be some evidence to state
that a higher number might be better for tournament time controls. Johan is not
yet convinced, though....

2) Johan uses 16MB for his tournaments, but I would consider some number between
16 and 32MB.

3) I'm not the person to ask this....

4) I know that Amy, Comet, Crafty, Gromit, Little Goliath and ZChess work.
Although it appears to that ZChess takes quite some time to start up if it can't
find any tablebases. I cannot get AnMon to work, but it's probably just
something I'm doing. I've tried several other engines (as has the development
team), and the only ones that do NOT work are Nejmet and Francesca (as well as
Francesca MAD). They have tried to contact the authors of both of them and have
had no reply.
