  I think Daniel intended to point out 1.f4 as a rather rare opening move for
Capablanca. My unscientific look showed 13/654 or about 2% chance. 1.f4 is
weighted the same as 1.c4 in this book, so I see we are compromising at best.
Also I think 1.b4 in CapablancaJR.obk is not worthy of weight. I only found 2 of
these games out of the 654.  Regards, Brian K.
