There is basically nothing to the db format. It is just the text files literally concatenated one after the other. You could make it yourself by copy /b *.txt foo.db The funny characters (tabs, page feeds, whatever) are removed by a filter so that there are not any non-printable characters in the file. So (if anything) the format is even simpler.
