This may not be the one , but the June'77 issue is the one
titled  " Computer Chess -- It's Getting Serious"

It's got the monster computer with all kinds of gear hanging from it
satelite dish , tv , weather vane etc etc

The computer is holding a book titled Chess Informant No.48

The kid playing is rated FIDE 2450

The Machine is rated FIDE 4700

I bought one on eBay last year.
