There are several free email providers, such as HotMail.  That is the "endpoint"
so far as SMTP is concerned, and you therefore don't see his real IP address
anywhere since he looks like a hotmail customer.  We could block _all_ hotmail
addresses, which I would personally consider a _good_ thing to do.  But it would
knock out a lot of legitimate users too.
