That is the "endpoint" so far as SMTP is concerned, and you therefore don't see his real IP address anywhere since he looks like a hotmail customer. We could block _all_ hotmail addresses, which I would personally consider a _good_ thing to do. But it would knock out a lot of legitimate users too.
