I think you make a good point. Also, after considering arguments in several
previous post I think we must allow a host to conduct their match as they wish.
How could we stop them anyway? I need not detail all the possible setup
variables. The right to ignore or accept the resulting games must also reside
with the end viewer.
Having said that, I think a host should publish all settings and details in as
much as their ability allows. They can then take criticism, should they chose
to, and use it to make better setup judgements in the future. The end viewer can
use this information also to adjust their perception of the games.
Lastly, if I understand correctly this was for 10 games? Sure, why not run
again with more agreeable setups? My unsolicited $0.02 worth, Brian K.
