Well, I just downloaded that file, and I have determined that you cannot load
this database into Chessmaster 8000. But, if you have PerfectBase, you should be
able to create a PGN file from this database, and then import that PGN file into
a CM8000 opening book. You probably won't get the same weights for the moves,
but the moves should be there, at least....
