I played it against the Winboard Crafty one move at a time, 30 minutes for each move, and since I ran it in Windows ME's Dos, I rebooted for each move. It's set at level 14, and I load the game with "alt L". I didn't try to find a way around the problem. Posibly if I had loaded the position from an epd file it might have worked, and I'm pretty sure that I could have gotten the Chessbase version of Comet to analyze it for 30 minutes, but I got agrivated because my proceedure broke down after spending that much time doing it that way, so I didn't manage to think around the problem.
