I think that I am club level player(my rating is close to 2000 and even after knowing that Rd7 is winning I do not see a forced win for white without the help of a chess program. White has to sacrifice a lot of pieces in order to win. Humans usually prune these lines. The main line after 1.Rd7 Qxa1 begins with: 2.Rxg7+ Kxg7 3.Bh6+ Kh8 4.Ng6+ hxg6 5.fxg6 White needs to analyze also 4...Kg8 when 5.Qg4 or 5.Nxf8 is a forced mate. These quite moves at move 5(White does not threat check) after a lot of sacrifices are too much for club players and I do not believe that club players can see it when they play 1.Rd7 unless they gamble in sacrifice that they did not check. Gambling with a sacrifice make sense only when there is not a good logical alternative but in this case it is clear that 1.Rac1 is a good logical alternative. Uri
