You want to block all free email providers? Good luck. FICS trys to do it and
they block hundreds or thousands I think, but
I know of dozens of free email providers at least that were not blocked.

A silly policy that I'm strongly against in FICS and probably in CCC, since it
doesn't work anyway, as people determined to post under duplicate accounts
can easily find a way around it. You might block other casual users, you will
be surprised how many internet providers don't offer regular you email. My ISP
provider that provides cable access is an example.
