I don't claim that ICC is superior to the SSDF for testing, just that it
is wildly fun and interesting and not particularly hard to do.

Yes, there is a big problem getting long games against anything other
than a weak human, a weak human cheating with CM5K, or someone who
admits to be using a program, although it is often unclear which program
or whether or not they played the opening and sometimes other parts of
the game themselves.
