I find the evaluations of Shredder in the endgame impressive. As, with all heuristics, they can be wrong, but they seem to be right very often with Shredder. In the Paderborn game, Shredder showed around +1, when Yace showed zero (in probably lost position). As another example, in your double rook ending problem (which I tried at short time control), Shredder won, while Yace could not win (rook ending with one pawn up). Many more examples.
