Subject: Nimzo Endgame Tablebases

Does anyone know how to convert a Nalimov Endgame Tablebase (*.emd file) into a
Nimzo Endgame Tablebase (*.ncd file) and vice versa? I tried changing their
names and extensions but it didn't work since Fritz GUI refuses to start when I
copy them into the dir tablebases.
