Since I posted that I have now gone through most of the CA OPENINGS
program.
I did a mini review of it on the r.g.c.c. recently. You get a 30,000,000
move tree that catches all transpositions and shows you the
transposition path. You can edit the move evaluations even though the
tree is on the CDROM. It does this by creating 3 special files that have
pointers to the CDROM file. You can't delete moves of course, and the
only way to add moves is by a special filke called openings.brw This is
a workaround of course and not entirely satisfactory as after you add
moves you are basically leaving the tree. However for 30,000,000 moves
$49 is a great buy.
