Just for fun I made a program that will do part of this. The lacks of my program is that castling and en passant status always will be output as - - and that it will also always output white to move. The program asumes that the boards always start in the first columns of the input text file. It follows that the output of the program has to be edited by hand, but it should still be useful and save a lot of work.
