I do not have fritz6 and only Deep Fritz that is supposed to be a better program
so I cannot check it but it seems strange if Fritz cannot find it inspite of
having the KQR vs KR tablebases.
Maybe your Fritz does not know about the right directory of the KQR vs KR
tablebases.
You can check if Fritz can see mate without search in KQR vs KR endgames.
I suggest that you look in positions when the king of the stronger side is in
check and the strong side needs some moves to escape from checks.
You can check if Fritz cannot see a forced mate without search and if Crafty
can see a forced mate without deep search.
