Then in 5 years from now we will have 1Gb of RAM. So do we still need a hardisk

To have a hard drive and a 700MHz processor, I guess some improvement in battery
technology is going to be important. Of course, it might happen.

So now I understand why you need to stuff a 20Gb hard drive in the poor thing.
;)
BTW rumour has it that the next Palm generation will use the same processor. So
maybe my next handheld will be safe from any MS SW. :)
