The service that Zippy was using to get through the Compaq Research firewall was recently discontinued, as a side effect of Research turning over the firewall management to the corporate IM department. When/if I have time, I may find a different way to run Zippy, perhaps on a different machine, or perhaps using a different path through the firewall. It's an extremely low priority for me, though.
