Most processors will take the overclocking very well, without any problem, and (if in limited range) even without extra cooling. However some cheaper videocards and HD's might fail due to high temp. Don't just restrain yourself to your processor and MB, but look at your peripherals too (the thought for coming sunday :)) J.
