Whats evil about chessbase? in my opinion they are a wonderful, highly
innovative company with the interests of us computer chess lovers first and
foremost and profits last.they were the first 1)to start selling a complete
chess programme for $50 when all the others were demanding at least 50% more for
programmes which had much fewer features.2) they were the ones who introduced
the single user interface on which a number of different engines could run, thus
facilitating eng vs eng matches 3)first to introducea commercial version of a
multiprocessor capable engine 4)their stable has the best and stongest engines
that money can buy

what evil about that?
