Pardon my ignorance on these issues,

but doesn't bus speed, not clock speed, determine the access for Ram other than
processor catch?

Why why would 600 or 800 MHz make any difference at all when the bus is running
100MHz - 200MHz.

Maybe this is a RD Ram issue?  If so, could you please expain.
