The first question is if white is going to win and not the number of moves.

I do not know how did you calculated the number of moves but if you used Fritz
against itself I do not trust it.

Shredder is known as a program that is capable of doing a draw in a lost
endgames and I am not convinced that black is lost in the game.

All the pawns are on the same side of the board and if shredder is capable of
trading pawns and sacrificing the bishop for the last pawn then it may be a
draw.
