As you might have understood, I don't know.
Having just computed what going to SMP brings on a dual (appox. 25 elo points),
I'm a little bit disappointed.
Anyway I don't see SMP to get wide acceptance in the range I can foresee, and
SMP is not as good as one could think, after all. And that's the not the general
direction the computer industry is going to if you read the news carefully.
I think people are still in majority asking for the strongest possible chess
program for single processor computers, and that's what I am trying to provide.
