I know we had a thread on this recently. I took my P4 along to
have it overclocked, only to be told it is an Intel motherboard,
and it could'nt be done. Had the board been, eg, an ASUS (I think),
then there would'nt have been a problem.
Did the guy know what he was talking about? There are a number
of technically inclined people on this forum, and I'd like to
overclock. My machine is a P4/1.3Ghz.
There are 1.4 and 1.5Ghz options.
I'd still like to overclock, if possible. The board is an Intel
Desktop Board D850GB.
Any input on this matter would be appreciated..
Lin.
