If someone starts a thread about politics or Star Trek or religion, let's delete it instantly. If Thorsten goes on about capitalism and monopolies or Star Trek for several paragraphs as a response in a thread about Chessbase, that's a different thing. Thorsten is pretty out of control. He goes all over the place but mostly the stuff he posts is an attempt to support his computer chess stuff. Being the target of that stuff isn't very fun, but I think all of his targets have probably figured him out by now, and most people who listen to Thorsten have figured him out, too. Gradually I have learned to have a thicker skin with regard to him. I think that's good advice for everyone. It's not hard to do, and if you do it you get to read Thorsten's posts without anger and maybe learn a little bit sometimes. He's not in the same category as people who come here just to hurt people. Those people can be banned forever for all I care. But Thorsten doesn't seem to have that kind of intent. bruce
