They have a killer publication. It may be a little bit heavy weight for someone who has no programming background, on the other hand, it may also inspire you to start learning, hard to say. My only recomendation to ICCA would be to go back into the Journal archives, and pull out articles that are instructive to beginers, and publish at LEAST one of those per journal. Pete
