Actually I count them as three, Since you can buy [ Chessbase/Chess Assistant]
,download, or generate them..

Yes,here are lots of useful resources, which I link to..I hope they don't mind..

It's a bigger problem for others though, I've noticed that in
comp.rec.games.chess.computer, the most commonly asked question is regarding
Tablebases...How they work, what's the difference, How do you generate etc etc..

BTW, I saw a very interesting post on how to check the intergity of TBs in a
above thread,perhaps its time to shoot off a email to ask for permission..
