Mabye the question should be "What does Fritz, Shredder or Tiger got what we don't got? How can we better it?" The opening book is weak. Hopefully a new one is being made. I also suggest that tablebases be put in. If anyone likes creating personalities, I suggest that an Anti-Fritz, Anti-Tiger and Anti-Shredder personalities be made that is at least equal to the default Chessmaster 8000. A match against 5500 and 6000 should be made. Possibly 1000 (!) games give or take to prove that the 8000 version is stronger. I hope that Chessmaster 9000 will have a better reputation than the 8000 version. Castle2000 P.S. I also suggest a contest be made so that a stronger personality can be found with tests against Chessmaster, Fritz, Shredder, Tiger, etc.
