I think you would be surprised.  IE I don't have any particular bit of knowledge
in Crafty that I didn't have in Cray Blitz.  Maybe a few small things here and
there, but then again, there was definitely knowledge in Cray Blitz that would
not do well in Crafty due to hardware platform limitations of the PC.

I _know_ I would not want to play Crafty vs Cray Blitz and give Cray Blitz a
1000:1 time advantage.  Not _ever_.  Any more than I want to race a horse for
a mile with me using my own two feet.  There are some things that I know I can't
win without actually having to try them...
