I hope Lex will read this and tell you more, but for now I believe something
went wrong with your Windows registry.

I think you can escape from trouble by:

1) uninstall the Rebel-Tiger II product
2) install Rebel-Tiger II again from your CD
3) install the Tiger 14 update

You should be done in less than 5 minutes, and I bet it will solve the problem.

You are not going to lose the files you have already saved with the product, so
basically the procedure is harmless.
