What could I say about the support? First of all it was HDD crash on the support computer. So some delays these days are very probable. Anyway I don't want to say that our support is excelent. We just changed a person here and it takes some time for him to feel the work. And anyway any critique about CA on any forums is wellcome as it helps to make product and related services better. BTW, what is the progress with your Shredder TBs under CA6. You could write me directly for technical details. All works on my side. Victor
