Purchase a computer with the 1.33 GHZ athlon and 266 FSB. This is probably best...then from there...assuming you have a quality motherboard, Overclock the processor only to 1.5 GHZ. I have seen this done with only air cooling with a dual fan heatsink. The cpu temperature should stay stay at 50'C. you should have no problems and life will be great for about 8 months until most other people have caught or are starting to pass you in CPU speed. then start over. repeat until death..ready ...begin.
