In general I would only upgrade if there is some feature that you want from ME. I dont know what that would be. If the puters are networked, then ME does have a nice networking option wizard, but other than that I had trouble with windows ME ACPI.sys file for my Microstar mother board. It didnt like ME. So I went back to 98 SE and it worked out great. As far as being more stable...I only have a problem if I run it 24 /7 with multitasking...other than that I dont think you'll see a difference. For stability our Solaris Unix file server at work only went down twice during 365 days :)with 100 users.Compare that with Our 2000 Servers which need to be reset every other day or so. I dont know if thats an option for where you are. If I were you I wouldnt touch a thing.....unless as aI said before there is something you need or you are having stabiltiy issues with 98 Best of Luck, Ed
