I have made a database for my internet games in Chess Tiger 13.0 and every time
I bring up the database, the information contained has to be adjusted by moving
the partition separators. Is there a way to make the program's database remember
how I set the partitions? I have tried "save settings" but that doesn't work.

Question number 2: How do I get to update to Chess Tiger 14.0? I filled in the
information at the Rebel site days ago but no response to either that or the
question above.
