If you want to organise a computer v human chess competition yourself - feel
free - go ahead and do it!

Once you've got the sponsorship (which shouldn't be difficult - brand name human
players vs credible computer opponents attract massive numbers of hits to
websites covering the events, as well as newspaper coverage etc), then it simply
becomes a test of your ability to organise large events.

It's a family game - anyone can have a go. You might usefully try organising a
local civic, sports or business event (or even a chess event!) for practise
before embarking on the big one, though.
