I might need the entire list (#2 is missing). Are the ratings USCF or FIDE?

Also,  If I use 4 groups of 32,   I'll try to use an Automated swiss parings
system.    This is because  I fear CM's parings system is inaccurate. (Lasker
with 5 points having to face Seirawan who only had 1.5!)  Also, I'll fiddle
around with CM's parings system because I may have to use BOTH systems!
