You remember the 2 games that Deep Junior lost but you do not remember the fact that Deep Junior got 50% against super GM's and got the best result of chess programs in tournaments against humans(if you do not include the match against Deep blue. You forget or you do not know that there is a beta version of Junior7 and it is clearly a different program than Junior6 and knows more about king attacks. Another point is the fact that the 8 processors that will play against kramnik (if 8 processors are going to be used against him) are going to be faster than the processors that was used for the games you posted.
