Even if Mchess 7 (or older) has extensive range of playing levels fixed level is missing. But You can make it yourself with time controls! Define: level 1 move in xx minutes and no other time controls. Then Mchess uses always xx minutes (-1 second may be) to move, because it always uses all available time in contrary to e.g. Rebel.
