If you have Rebel on its strongest and only reduce time it will still be
frightening. About 2000 ELO on 1 second per move on a Pentium 2 450 MHz, I
think. If you aren't that strong you can open option and mark "ELO Rating".
There you can decide what ELO you want. I think 1000 ELO is the weakest. If you
go under 1000 ELO it doesn't change anything.
If you want it weaker than that you can put strength under option on novice.
