Reducing time while REbel is set at its strongest settings::  It makes sense
that it would still be a monster.  Reducing time just won't have that much
practical effect for people like me (USCF 1400), or people USCF 1800 or below.

Do you think reducing time would have a significant effect, however, if I also
had picked the Novice setting, or the Average Club Player setting?  If I pick
the AVerage Club Player setting, how much time should I give Rebel to think?  A
minute per move?  How much weaker would it be if it were only 1 second a move?

I suppose I'll just have to play a lot to find out, but was hopeing other people
have thought about this and are willing to share.
