this will be done... someone is working on it... I simply need to get
a 14.13 version ready as there is some quirk in building the book that
I have not looked at.  I haven't done anything but work on the SMP linux
kernel for the past week, but finally have a machine that is running and
a chess program that is playing decently with a parallel search.  Trying
to get everything checked out to get it back up on ICC again...
