It should be 93 out of 118.

Tiger14's average opponents rating are 3032.

If I assume 93 games against Deep Shredder and 25 games against number 3 then I
get average:(93*3037+25*3013)/118<3032

It can be sligtly less than 93 games because every number that is bigger than
3031.5 can be 3032.
The numbers 3037 are not accurate and I can assume 3037.5 and 3013.5 but it is
clearly at least 88 out of 118 because
(88*3037.5+30*3013.5)/118<3031.5
