Actually the FAQ would be wrong on the software in question....Remi's Autoplayer
doesn't seem to work under CM8000 (AT least not for me) I used Eberhard "Ebbi"
Börger's auto232 to winboard interface that was orginally designed to connect
auto232 engines to winboard so they can run semi automated on chess servers.

This works by running the auto232 engine as slave and the autoplayer program as
master with Chessmaster treating the autoplayer as a normal winboard engine.

Sadly, its not very good in the tournament window since when you start an
autoplayer match the slave takes the port and keeps it open. And (this is
speculation on my part) chessmaster restarts the autoplayer engine EVERY game,
the result is the autoplayer can't open the port any longer. :( Perhaps an
option should be included next time for something like the winboard/xboard
option -reuse, which would keep the winboard engine running after every game.

Of course this is only important in 2 engine matches, not tournaments. :)
