  Would it be c:\My Documents\ChessBase\Database\fritz6.cbh ?? Just a though,
it's been quite sometime and I've since customized my installation. You could
always run a file-find for fritz.chb to locate it. If it's not on your
hard-drive and you want it to be you might just drag-n-drop it from your CD.
Remove the read only file attribute if you wish to change entries in it. It's
much less hassle than uninstall/reinstall.

The thing that's a mess is Fritz's desire to mess with c:\My Documents at all.
It should not be this way. Also they should prompt for where you want the
ChessBase folder before prompting for the Fritz 6 folder location. It would be
more intuitive for most users. I think the intention is to end up with something
like:

drive:\XXXXXXXXXXX\ChessBase\
drive:\XXXXXXXXXXX\ChessBase\Fritz6

Yet they allow you to do something else if you wish, and make a mess. Also, I
recall I edited several path names in F6.ini to try and get away from items
being placed under c:\My Documents\, but I could have just as well let it
install there to save the trouble.
